6000 New Hampshire Avenue is a community in northern Washington D.C. consisting of 36 single family homes and 73 townhomes embedded in a neighborhood of single family homes demonstrating traditional colonial design. The detached homes define the perimeter, and provide a gradual transition from the surrounding neighborhood to the community interior, while setting the architectural tone for the site.

Perched on a hill, rooftop terraces on the single family homes and townhomes provide views over the community green to D.C. beyond. Full brick facades and traditional details make this community feel at home in a traditional D.C. neighborhood.
